Compliant and Comprehensive training
Our Support Workers are fully compliant and receive comprehensive training, including:

Many of our staff also hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and are registered with Social Care Wales.
To support your compliance requirements, every member of staff supplied to your service will be accompanied by a complete compliance pack for Regulation 35 records and Regulation and Inspections of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016 including:

- Enhanced DBS certificate
- Employment references
- Proof of identity
